Consumer Complaint: I had auto insurance using this XXXX XXXX with no plm until my travel trailer was stolen. I then reported the theft. I got the paid out check from them for the loss. However, they charged me for auto and travel trailer of under {$300.00}, but they then realized they made a mistake assuming I still have the travel trailer. I did not have it aince XXXX, XXXX. They charged me miatakenly after I called them on why they charged me too high. They fixed it. And I allowed them to take my money using the auto pay system. However, they were going to charge me more than normal. I called last week why they are high. They said it is due to accident in XXXX, XXXX. But that was already counted on the previous policy. Inatead of keeping it same as before, they would charge me for under {$350.00} or more. The truck is only XXXX. The XXXX XXXX ripped me off big time. Plus they used my credit score or report without my permission. I wanted to purchase a life insurance and they rejected my application to get a life insurance. See their letter. Again, they are being cruel to me. The credit score changed for some reason. Also, the amounts of money they took from my bank were irregular. They did not take the same amount per month. They are not balancing right with my bank account and insurance policy. Very fishy. XXXX did have repeatedly used very, very, very old information on my credit record. They are probably XXXX setting me up to fail and keep me stuck in the level and would NOT let me cross XXXX. I see their credit repoets do not have 2 apartments information that I had/have lived. No credit record was charged at all before and after living in apts and using utlities. No changes.

Consumer Complaint: Contacted XXXX about inquiries. They had no numbers on companies, some marked with number XXXX. The number for XXXX was a fac number so we don't know what company it was for. Inquiries listed as unspecified which is not exactly permissable purpose on 1681, 1681s. I was however offered the " correct '' number and hey stated it yet report had a different number. I requested information on their decision and how they reached it and the gentleman kept going in circles. The supervisor got on and kept talking over me and stated that I can't file dispute with them and I had to go through companies because they didn't have a he information needed to explain. I told her that I already disputed on the site and she refused to tell and kept talking over me.bsaid the same thing Experian said I had to contact company But Experian said if they report it then we have the put what they report to us. I called back and the girl said I gave the same supervisor and she will tell you that he same that she just told you. Wow, so they just talk about folks business and cine to a joint decision they make instead of kaes and statues they are to follow.
