Consumer Complaint: This is an ongoing issue : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX : A cease and desist was placed on your account effective XX/XX/XXXX. Once the account is paid full, XXXX will release XXXX XXXX security interest in the vehicle. This issue is ongoing. In my Validation letter, a cease and desist was put in place in order to stop collection of any payment until the auto loan was properly Validated and sent to me. XXXX XXXX XXXX has not honored that portion of my letter. They have made Late payment remarks on my credit report to all XXXX Credit Bureaus which has severely impacted my credit. I initially told XXXX XXXX XXXX that I was involved in a car accident as a passenger and the random confirmation numbers that was provided by XXXX XXXX XXXX was given to me by their phone Representative ( XXXX ) in a recorded conversation, stating that due to my accident and how XXXX saw that I got my account back current in XXXX of XXXX, that they would remove the remark. The confirmation numbers they gave me IS NOT my contract number. I have my contract number so, I'm not sure why XXXX XXXX XXXX is saying that that is my account number and that is false. The contract number that I received from them is an invalid number and it is not mine. I sent a Validation Letter asking XXXX XXXX XXXX to provide me with my contract and as of now, they have yet to provide me of the info that I have requested/needed. During the time of this Validation process, my credit score went from a XXXX to now a XXXX and it's all because I need to validate if this loan belongs to me. I have never been this severely impacted by an entity that I didnt sign on with, in my life. The Payment History needs to be removed from my credit report. A payment was made XX/XX/XXXX after they sent me a letter threatening to repossess the vehicle while I am awaiting for XXXX XXXX XXXX to send over Validation. This situation has brought my credit scores down while I'm working towards homeownership. XXXX XXXX XXXX knows I've been making overly consistent payments until I needed proof of Validation. That's why a Cease and Desist was in order, to prevent this sort of thing from happening while Validation is ongoing at the time. It appears as if XXXX XXXX XXXX honored parts of my Validation letter and not ALL of the Validation Letter I asked them to Please Validate who they say they are. As of yet, I have not received any Validation from them beside a letter where they state they can not provide Validation at this time. But, XXXX XXXX XXXX continues to want my payment and threatening to repossess the vehicle.

Issue: Written notification about debt
Subissue: Didn't receive enough information to verify debt
Consumer Complaint: Companies failed to send any notice about the debt, and I only became aware of it through persistent calls from unknown numbers, which seemed suspicious. It wasn't until the debt appeared on my credit report that I realized its source. Despite settling with the companies and having a recorded promise for a pay-to-delete, they failed to provide the agreed-upon documentation, and the reported address was incorrect, raising doubts about the validity of the debt.

Consumer Complaint: Inaccurate information being reported on my credit report by the company XXXX XXXX XXXX on all 3 credit reporting agencies account # XXXX date account was open close date of account last payment and account payment history is inaccurate and should not be included in my credit report. I told the Experian to investigate the account for accuracy because I recently pull my credit report and all 3 credit reporting agencies, and I notice there were inaccurate information reporting on my credit report and inconsistent information being reported on all 3 reports. I try to fix it with Experian, and I keep getting back the same result, Experian failed to do their job and according to 15 USC 1681 everything need to be 100 % accurate and complete. Experian claims that everything one 100 % accurate and that the creditor certified everything is complete and accurate. I've attached and highlighted all the inconsistent and inaccurate information that is being reported on all 3-credit report by ally financial services. also, a letter direct from the creditor showing two different information that they claim to be accurate. I also did some research and according to the law 15 U.S. Code 1681a. ( 2 ) Exclusions. Except as provided in paragraph ( 3 ), the term consumer report does not includereport containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report. Experian is reporting my experiences and transactions with ally financial services and according to the law a late payment is a transaction and experience. there should not be no late payment reporting on my credit report according to 15 USC 1681a 2 and I was never late to being with.
