Consumer Complaint: I have contacted XXXX numerous times. I have contacted each of the credit bureaus to dispute the account reporting inaccurate information numerous times, and I have requested validation of the debt numerous times. I also have contacted my XXXX attorney and the XXXX XXXX for assistance, with this account. However, XXXX is REFUSING to correct and/or delete this account with each of the credit bureaus as promised. It shows the account is a charge off/collections and is derogatory. This account was XXXX in my XXXX XXXX XXXX ( case XXXX XXXXXXXX, filed XX/XX/23 and XXXX on XX/XX/23 ). XXXX is saying the account XXXX sold to XXXX XXXX XXXX, ( although I never received any papers from XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX is not reporting anything on my credit reports ). When I call XXXX and enter my info, it says I owe a past due balance of {$7900.00}. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX and was told if XXXX was the original creditor and the account was XXXX, I need to file the XXXX papers with XXXX to have the debt updated and/or deleted from my credit reports. My attorney and the XXXX XXXX have submitted paperwork to XXXX and XXXX XXXX. Therefore, I am not understanding why this account is still negatively and inaccurately reporting on all credit bureaus, nor has it been deleted as I was told it would be. I disputed and requested the credit bureaus provide validation of the debts along with innacurate and/or fradulent inquiries, and to delete once they verified these were fradulent and not done for permissable purposes. XXXX has transferred me to XXXX supervisors ( said the calls were recorded ), and I was told the accounts and inquiries would be deleted in XXXX hours. It has been over XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and NOTHING has been done.
