Consumer Complaint: There is a collection account, XXXX XXXX listed as the creditor, on my Credit Report I contacted XXXX on or around XX/XX/2023 regarding this balance when I began receiving notices via text messages ; the agent advised my account is in good standing and I have no outstanding balance. Additionally, I encouraged her to validate with her supervisor to confirm, which she did and subsequently advised this billing should not be sent to me. When I began to receive collection notices I disputed with the collection agency and I also disputed the matter with the CFPB ( Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ) # XXXX in late XX/XX/2023. CFPB investigated and subsequently advised the debt request has been recalled from the Creditor. All collection attempts ceased at that point. However, now there is a {$77.00} collection notice appearing on all XXXX of my credit reports. I've disputed this as a collection not belonging to me, however Experian advised to raise to CFPB as they have rejected my dispute XXXX
