Consumer Complaint: I had recently contacted all three major credit agencies. XXXX, XXXX, and Experian. They are violating the fair credit reporting act and the consumer protection act. I explained to them how they are doing so. They ignored it and still continue to validate fraudulent information with telling or showing proof of there claims. I do not know how they got this information with my written consent or permission to do so. Each violation is subject to {$1000.00} per each violation in consumer law and also the courts.
