Consumer Complaint: I reviewed my consumer reports and noticed that I had as many as 7 late payments reported on an account that I was never late in paying. The consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report consumer information to the best of their ability with maximum accuracy. I have never been late on payments for the accounts from student loan servicer XXXX that I am attaching and reporting as inaccurate today. Please investigate and provide proof with statements showing that these payments were late. If proof can not be provided, I demand these payments be updated to paid as agreed on time as they should be due to the fact I was never late. Thanks!

Issue: Unable to get your credit report or credit score
Subissue: Problem getting your free annual credit report
Consumer Complaint: Several times I've requested credit reports from Experian through XXXX They say there's a problem and give an address for mailing them a request. This is an impractical hurdle to getting the information, so I tried going through their website, experian.com. I successfully passed their security steps via text message, but when I followed the link they reported " Oops, we're sorry! We are experiencing technical difficulties. We have been notified and will actively work on fixing the issue. Please try again later. '' This has happened several times. Either Experian is deliberately putting roadblocks in the way of the free credit report or doing a very good imitation of that.

Consumer Complaint: My student loan was part of the federal forgiveness program and the outstanding balance was forgiven, leaving me with a balance of {$0.00}. I received a letter from XXXX stating the new {$0.00} balance, which I submitted to the 3 credit reporting agencies 6 months ago, when I start the dispute process. XXXX updated the account and correctly shows a {$0.00} balance. I have disputed the balance with Experian twice and both times, they have incorrectly reported a balance. I submitted a 3rd dispute but I seem to be going around in circles. You are my last hope before I am forced to file a lawsuit.
