Consumer Complaint: I have sent the information to experian to remove the l late fee off my credit report and called them and was told that it will be removed off my credit report which XXXX computers I have two late fees and was told it will be removed the late fees and its still on my credit report. I have sent a certified mail to them about my issue with the late fees. 15 usc 1666b that code is to let experian know that I didnt get the bill in a timely fashion, but I pay my bill on time and still got reported late.
