Laws violated to date but may be more to come upon further investigation. Per the FCRA as a Federally Protected Consumer I am now opting out of any and all authorization I the consumer may have given you written unwritten, verbal and nonverbal per 15USC 6802. XXXX. I am requesting that all hard inquiries be removed. XXXX. All charge offs and any reporting of payment history be reported as paid as agreed. XXXX. ( XXXX ) There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy It is illegal for these Bureaus to report my transaction history. I am opting out of their reporting. Experian, XXXX, XXXX. XXXX XXXX are all in violation of The Fair Credit Reporting Act of XXXX. Please find listed below all said violations ; XXXX. Hard inquiries on my credit report XXXX. Selling my consumer credit information to third parties and solicitation of my credit information without giving me the opt out option. XXXX. ( e ) Financing a sale. Extending credit to a consumer in connection with a Credit Sale within the meaning of the Truth in Lending Act and Regulation Z. ( f ) Contract. Any oral or written agreement, formal or informal, between a creditor and a seller, which contemplates or provides for cooperative or concerted activity in connection with the sale of goods or services to consumers or the financing thereof. ( g ) Business arrangement. Any understanding, procedure, course of dealing, or arrangement, formal or informal, between a creditor and a seller, in connection with the sale of goods or services to consumers or the financing thereof. ( h ) Credit card issuer. A person who extends to cardholders the right to use a credit card in connection with purchases of goods or services. ( i ) Consumer credit contract. Consumer Complaint: I have tried to fix incorrect information on my credit report from all three credit Bureaus XXXX, XXXX and Experian months ago and many incorrect information is still being reported on my report for some time now which is very damaging to my name, reputation, character and my credit worthiness. I have been denied credit many times and have had high rates with Loans due to my credit reports having inaccurate information which puts me at a frustrating point to struggle to do any form of business or personal matters. There are multiple different names and multiple un-mailable addresses and wrong phone numbers and charge offs reported on my report which according the IRS publication charge offs are INCOME and must not be reported on any credit report but its is on mine I have uploaded two of my reports I can't upload all three website state too much file but you can see from my credit report many inaccuracy
