Consumer Complaint: Dear CFPB on XX/XX/ I filed a complaint about an account reporting on my credit that is violation my rights. I sent proof of the inaccurate and unverifiable information and Experian claimed they reached out to the furnisher and the information was allegedly verified as reporting accurate. Pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 - Responsibilities of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies. Reporting information with actual knowledge of errors. A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. My rights have been continuously violated. I demand immediate removal of this erroneous, misleading and deceiving information upon the receipt of this message. Any person who willfully fails to comply with any requirement imposed under this subchapter with respect to any consumer is liable to that consumer in an amount equal to the sum of ( 1 ) ( A ) any actual damages sustained by the consumer as a result of the failure or damages of not less than {$100.00} and not more than {$1000.00} ; or. If this information is not removed from account RIGHT NOW I will seek legal action against the CFPB, Experian and XXXXXXXX XXXX Also I will be filing a complaint with the XXXX, the FTC and the Attorney General.
