Consumer Complaint: I am writing to bring to your immediate attention the presence of fraudulent accounts on my credit report, and I demand their prompt deletion. The inclusion of these unauthorized entries severely impacts my creditworthiness and tarnishes my financial reputation. I expect your immediate and unwavering cooperation in rectifying this matter. I was the victim & I'm not sure why the CRA is not complying with the law. The other bureaus have followed suit. Im very confused why this one seems to ignore my requests. I have recently reviewed my credit report obtained from your bureau and was appalled to discover several accounts that I can confirm are fraudulent and unauthorized. The information associated with these accounts is inaccurate and has been damaging my credit score, causing me significant distress. The fraudulent accounts in question are as follows : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX have already removed this account from their records. There was an error present & they were able to find it. I'm confused about how you've verified it while the other bureaus have removed it. Please delete this from my file. It is inaccurate, erroneous, incomplete, or unverifiable. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX have already removed this account from their records. There was an error present & they were able to find it. I'm confused about how you've verified it while the other bureaus have removed it. Please delete this from my file. It is inaccurate, erroneous, incomplete, or unverifiable. I am formally disputing the validity of these accounts and demand their immediate removal from my credit report. It is imperative that you conduct a thorough investigation into these matters and rectify the inaccuracies promptly. Failing to do so within the legally mandated time frame will leave me with no choice but to pursue legal action against your bureau for negligence and non-compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). I have attached supporting documentation, including a police report and any other relevant evidence, to substantiate my claim of fraudulent activity. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and act swiftly to rectify the inaccuracies on my credit report. I expect a written response within 30 days, confirming the removal of the fraudulent accounts and providing an updated and accurate credit report. Failure to comply will leave me with no option but to escalate this matter to the appropriate regulatory authorities.

Consumer Complaint: I've asked XXXX and EXPERIAN Credit Bureau for validation. The {$6200.00} owed by the client isn't accurate since XXXX send me a Supplemental refund of monthly service fees on closed checking accounts letter on XX/XX/2023. I've requested evidence to confirm the negative account they're reporting on my credit profile, such as an acknowledged agreement and transaction history detailing the balance calculation. Despite my requests, they've declined to provide any documentation verifying this account. Instead, they've chosen to include this unconfirmed debt on my credit report.
