Subissue: Credit inquiries on your report that you don't recognize
Consumer Complaint: I have submitted a report to the FTC regarding the unauthorized credit inquiries, which are a clear violation of my consumer rights. I have disputed these inquiries with Experian, providing evidence and documentation to support my claim that I did not authorize these inquiries and that they are inaccurately listed on my credit report. Despite these actions and the clear provisions of the FCRA, Experian has failed to remove the unauthorized credit inquiries from my credit report, stating that they are accurate. This response is not in compliance with the FCRA, and it undermines the protection of my consumer rights. I am writing to request that Experian takes immediate and corrective action to address this issue in compliance with the FCRA. Attached you will also find my ID, and Proof of Address with my most recent bill.
