Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I am writing to formally dispute any and all transaction on my account that XXXX has reported with XXXX, experian and XXXX, whom are all non affiliates with XXXX XXXXXXXX, in the terms and conditions provided by XXXX XXXX they stated they would not disclose my nonpublic personal information to non affiliate 's. There is multiple violations of my rights as a consumer. It is against the law to report transaction history, I never gave written authorization to report to the three credit reporting agencies, or to any other non affiliate. The account is in charge off status, a charge off is also known as a certificate of indebtedness and according to the I.R.S. Code a certificate of indebtedness is income and income must be removed from the report. 15 U.S. Code 1681b - Permissible purposes of consumer reports ( 2 ) in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to who it relates. 15 U.S. Code 6801 6805 Obligations with respect to disclosures of personal information- Authority comes from 16 CFR 313.1 - Purpose and scope. ( a ) Privacy obligation policy It is the policy of the Congress that each financial institution has an affirmative and continuing obligation to respect the privacy of its customers and to protect the security and confidentiality of those customers ' nonpublic personal information. nonpublic personal information Nonpublic personal information ( A ) The term nonpublic personal information means personally identifiable financial information ( i ) provided by a consumer to a financial institution ; ( ii ) resulting from any transaction with the consumer or any service performed for the consumer. Per the Privacy Act of 1974, and the Fair credit reporting act, as a federally protected consumer, I have the right of opting out of any and all authorization, I the consumer may have given you written, unwritten, verbal and non verbal, Per 15 u.s.c. 6802

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX i begin calling to request 15 u.s. code 1681c on all hard inquiries bein reported on my credit report. In XXXX i paid a company XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to get the exact same hard inquiries removed that had been popping up and continued to be repeatedly reported as new inquiries on my report. nothing was removed in XXXX, so in XXXX i myself called and wrote letters with these same request, all were ignored by XXXX, XXXX and experian removed some things but not all. so i again in XX/XX/XXXX i hired XXXX to dispute these things that were not only being reported on my credit report still but they were being reported with updated dates as though they were recent and not already old, over the phone i was cursed out, told to hush, and hung up on, still no results, at this point i don't know what else to do, but i would like all hard inquiries and collections to be removed from my credit report due to section 15 U.S. Code 1679c. They have violated section 15 USC 1681b, i did not consent to any of those and have correctly multiple times asked for an investigation to be done only to be told it was all correct and the original dates on them to be updated as to last even longer on my report.
