Consumer Complaint: this debt collector engaged in abusive, deceptive, and unfair practices of the FDCPA which it prohibits. They furnished this account that we didn't agree upon and i didn't sign an agreement on. A legal contract is signed by two parties and i did not participate in any of it. More so they didn't follow the proper 5 step validation procedure which make this unfair practices. According to the FDCPA I'm entitled to XXXX dollars per violation and clearly they violated my rights. Please delete credit XXXX account as this account has been report inaccuracies XXXX lates after CLOSED account/COLLECTION status for 2 yrs. starting XX/XX/XXXX, additional, this car loan was a 48-month contract term that expired XX/XX/XXXX ( copy of contract attached ) after which is reporting active XXXX lates even after the term of the contract ( from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX ). Consumer Complaint: In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The List of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. I told Experian, XXXX, and XXXX to reinvestigate these accounts XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX However, they stated everything was complete and accurate. But how is that possible if the open date, date of last activity and much more is incorrect. According to 15 USC 1681i ( 5 ), they are supposed to modify accounts that aren't reporting correctly. 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.
