Consumer Complaint: XXXX has refused to properly update my student loan balance on my credit report for four months now, and they flat out refuse to help when I call them. Once again, my credit reports are incorrect, and the only way to attempt to fix them is to waste my time filing a dispute with the credit agencies. It is impossible to get a hold of a representative at XXXX who can actually do anything to help. It is near impossible to get a hold of any representative at all. They will claim that they are busier than usual, and they are sorry for the inconvenience, but they know darn well that they refuse to hire enough people to handle the job, and train them well enough to do actually do anything remotely helpful. They have no problem wrecking people 's credit scores, as there is no consequences for their actions. This is a scam, and XXXX does not deserve to stay in business.

In compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and as a gesture of respect to the Federal Trade Commission Committee on accuracy and completeness of credit information I am formally writing in today to dispute negative information appearing on my credit. This incorrect information is greatly hindering me from getting the credit score I deserve and hopefully, this letter will resolve all the issues on my credit. Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX shut my account down, and thousands of other customers down. Their customer service has been unreachable ever since. I've sent over 20 emails, and have called their phone number over 10 times and all that I get is an automated response to email them. When " XXXX XXXX '' calls you, they immediately hang up. It's being powered by robots and there are no human customer service representatives. My XXXX, and XXXX credit reports are now damaged, when this should not be the case at all. My bank even refunded me the funds they took out of my account, because even they deemed that this was completely unethical and they were not able to get in contact with the company. I've also filed a dispute with XXXX The account still shows as " open '' when it's closed. They also have inaccurately have reported me as late.I 've been begging and pleading with them to get in contact with a human representative but that isn't possible. I'm not quite sure if this will require legal action for this issue to get resolved, but I want this company removed off of all of my credit reports.
