Yet Experian is reporting this information.. The reporting of excluded information pursuant to 15USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) on a consumer report is a clear violation of Metro2 compliance. Provide me with the Metro2 compliance disclosure on reporting transactions to a consumer reporting agency. I need the transactions reporting as late, collection/charge-off status and any other derogatory information deleted from my consumer reports effective immediately. Before you think to reply that this account has been " validated ', let 's be clear that I am not asking you to validate or verify anything. So please do not respond by telling me that as a tactic to waste my valuable time. Some of the negative accounts have been placed in Collection/Charge-Off Status WITHOUT mailing me a copy of IRS form 1099-C Cancellation of Debt. Experian and the creditors reporting collections/Charge-Offs, late payments/other derogatory information in my consumer reports are in violation of 26 USC ss 6050P Returns Relating to the Cancellation of Indebtedness By Certain Entities. If this derogatory account information is not deleted from my consumer reports within 30 days, I will be forced to officially file IRS form 3949A : Information Referral AND IRS form 211 : Application For Award For Original Information Overview with the Internal Revenue Service against ALL entities involved.

Consumer Complaint: Despite my previous 5 written requests, the unauthorized inquiries listed still remain on my credit report in violation of Federal Law. They stated in their responses to my 5 dispute letters that they have verified that the unauthorized inquiries listed are accurate but they failed to send me copies of the documents that they used to verify these unauthorized inquiries as per my request. The fact that they have ignored my request to send me copies of the documents that they used to verify the unauthorized inquiries is evidence that they can not and did not verify any of the unauthorized inquiries like they said they did. Their failure to delete the unauthorized inquiries that they can not verify after two written requests is also evidence of their willful disregard of Federal Law.

Consumer Complaint: I am following up on XXXX complaints now, all of which have been closed without any resolution. I've been the victim of identity fraud for a very long time, starting XX/XX/2021, I had received an onslaught of applications for credit cards, loans, and other items all using my information without my consent. I had let the credit agencies know and all of them had applied locks and freezes to my accounts at my request. On around XX/XX/XXXX last year I was notified that my Experian account had been unlocked, I was not familiar with that change so I had called in, they had totally different information on file, they had advised me that someone else had created an online account and changed all of my information. they had also registered for an Experian premium account so they were able to gain comprehensive access to my file. I had found out about the issue and disputed it with Experian, they claimed then it would be fixed quickly. We are now XXXX months past this incident I have had XXXX open cases at Experian and still NO RESOULTION, I still can't access my file online as the old account is still stuck on my profile. I need help, I'm terrified this can happen again and Experian does not care, I've talked to them on numerous occasions and they have yet to make any progress on resolving the issue, I need someone to advocate for me and help me as a consumer. There are multiple articles online that this has been a known issue for Experian dating back several years, it's gross negligence on their part to not have a more secure system in place.
