Consumer Complaint: XXXX, Experian, and XXXX have continued to furnish and disclose reports in violation of law. the are violating the scope and purpose of the FCRA and undermining banking while violating my right to privacy. The FTC identifies identity theft as using personal or financial information without permission. i have never given permission to these agencies to furnish, collect, or disclose my information. they continue to make money from federal crime. this is against federal and state law and also a violation of public policy. they are violating the universal declaration of human rights and in accordance with the us constitution i expect my XXXX amendment rights to be protected. i authorize the cfpb ftc sec irs to do everything in there power to cease these actions not only for me but for the posterity of the nation. my complaints have been ignored. they are using heasay evidence as information and ignoring those with first hand knowledge. this is a violation of title XXXX and basic principles. continue to bring claims into judiciary illegally and they must be stopped. They have violated the core principles of our society and caused unjust enrichment to those destabilizing the nation. this is treason. the have violated glba, fcra, fdcpa all privacy rights and multitudes of state laws They are creating a monopoly on peoples private information financial information and property this is unacceptable. all avenues will be pursued from here forth. I will not hesitate to use every law and oath of office to see injuction in this matter. They have been sued time and time again yet continue bad faith deceptive practice and illegal disclosure of private information. all inquries without express permission and my signature must be removed. all negative accounts must be removed.

Consumer Complaint: In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Aft this creditor has violated my rights under 15 USC 1681 section 6 o 2 states I have the right to privacy ( 15 USC 1681 ( section 6 0 4 a section 2 ( it also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions under 15 USCS 1666 a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose. Per the company after my wallet was stolen I updated the account and the auto pay information however because the cards where stolen, the bank rejected the transaction due to potential fraud. The company ( XXXX ) acknowledged that banks will reject their transactions because they appear to be fraudulent. The payment was reported late because the bank recognized the company as fraudulent.

Consumer Complaint: I looked at my report back on XX/XX/XXXX, and noticed some things are incomplete and not accurate. I sent a letter to Experian on XX/XX/2023 and asked them to investigate the completeness and accuracy. I received the results and noticed they did not fix nothing. There are breaking Federal law According to 15 USC 1681e ( b ) it states this ( b ) Accuracy of report Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. According to 15 USC 1681 ( 5 ) it states this ( 5 ) Treatment of inaccurate or unverifiable information ( A ) In general If, after any reinvestigation under paragraph ( 1 ) of any information disputed by a consumer, an item of the information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete or can not be verified, the consumer reporting agency shall- ( i ) promptly delete that item of information from the file of the consumer, or modify that item of information, as appropriate, based on the results of the reinvestigation; and ( ii ) promptly notify the furnisher of that information that the information has been modified or deleted from the file of the consumer. According to 15 USC 1681s-2 it states this. ( A ) Reporting information with actual knowledge of errors A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. ( B ) Reporting information after notice and confirmation of errors A person shall not furnish information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if ( i ) the person has been notified by the consumer, at the address specified by the person for such notices, that specific information is inaccurate; and ( ii ) the information is, in fact, inaccurate.
