Also this account is listed as a collection that is OPEN. This is inaccurate reporting. Also balance is listed as a Charge Off. The IRS Defines a charge off as gross or ordinary income. Income does not get reported on a consumer report. No 1099c was given therefore this is inaccurate reporting. REMOVE ACCOUNT FROM CREDIT REPORT IMMEDIATELY FOR INACCURACY

Consumer Complaint: Ordered from XXXX on XXXX with payment plan through XXXX. All items were returned. XXXX did not resolve pending returns with XXXX, account status showed a remaining balance. XXXX confirmed the remaining balance was less than what XXXX showed. Paid remaining balance once XXXX and XXXX settled the dispute and confirmed all items were returned. XXXX provided documentation of proof ; responsible for repayment was false and account was paid in full. While the disput was being settled between XXXX and XXXX about the returned products, XXXX falsely reported late payments to my credit report showing as a negative. Provided proof to Experian and they still did not correct or remove the false reporting.
