Consumer Complaint: I got a letter from my college loan servicer stating on On XX/XX/2023, the Loans for my school accounts have been satisfied. The loans have been fully forgiven and I have the paperwork stating they have been forgiven. I tried getting in contact with the credit agencies but they are Ai or automated.
