As a result of their reinvestigation the dispute is not resolved. According to the updated Experian Consumer Report Public Records Information it is obtained through a third party vendor, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I verbally confirmed with XXXX that there is no bankruptcy on record with my consumer report. XXXX provided in writing that there is no bankruptcy reported in section XXXX of my consumer records. I contacted Experian to dispute this inaccuracy with verifiable proof and Experian verifies public records through XXXX yet they are violating my rights. This information must be reported 100 % accurately and they are continuing to report this on my credit file. My credit file is supposed to be reported accurately and Experian refuses to correct this on my credit report.
