Upon doing a thorough research on my reports I found improper inaccuracies on the reports even after they did the thorough verification. By the provision of the fair credit reporting act I demand these items be investigated and removed from my credit report it is my understanding that you will reverify these accounts with the creditor that posted them. Please remove any information that the creditor can not verify I understand that under 15 U.S.C section 1681 ( i ) a you must complete this reinvestigation within 30 days of the receipt of this letter.These entries are in violation of my consumer rights under federal and state laws.
