Consumer Complaint: In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The List of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. I told Experian, XXXX, and XXXX to reinvestigate these accounts : Account # XXXX, Account # XXXX, Account # XXXX, Account # XXXX. However, they stated everything was complete and accurate. But how is that possible if the open date, date of last activity and much more is incorrect. According to 15 USC 1681i ( 5 ), they are supposed to modify accounts that aren't reporting correctly. 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.

Consumer Complaint: Dear Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, I am writing to file a formal online complaint against Experian, XXXX, and XXXX regarding inaccurate credit reporting. I previously submitted a written complaint on XXXX XXXX XXXX, through mail but have yet to receive any response. I am distressed by the ongoing inaccuracies in reporting late payments on my credit reports by Experian, XXXX, and XXXX. Despite my initial attempt to address this issue through a written letter, I have not received any acknowledgment or resolution. The discrepancies pertain to late payments on my XXXX XXXX account ( account number : XXXX ) for the months of XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. I demand a thorough investigation into these inaccuracies and request the provision of verifiable proof regarding the alleged late payments. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), I insist that Experian, XXXX, and XXXX physically verify the original signed consumer contract for the mentioned account. The failure to positively verify these accounts has adversely affected my creditworthiness and has impeded my ability to obtain credit. I am now submitting this complaint through the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau 's online portal to seek a prompt and effective resolution to this matter. I demand that Experian, XXXX, and XXXX verify or remove the inaccurate information immediately. Furthermore, I request the removal of non-account holding inquiries over 30 days old and the addition of a promotional suppression to my credit file. I expect a thorough investigation and corrective action from Experian, XXXX, and XXXX. As stipulated by federal law, I request the completion of the investigation within thirty ( 30 ) days and the provision of a description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information within fifteen ( 15 ) days of the completion of the investigation. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau will assist in facilitating a prompt resolution to these inaccuracies in credit reporting.

Despite my consistent efforts to report and rectify these unauthorized transactions, the issue persists, causing significant distress and inconvenience. I discovered unauthorized transactions on my account, indicating fraudulent activity. Immediately, I contacted your customer service department to report the issue and initiated the necessary procedures to resolve the matter. Since then, I have made numerous calls, submitted written requests, and provided all the required documentation to support the investigation and removal of the fraudulent items. Unfortunately, despite these efforts, the unauthorized transactions continue to impact my account. Consumer Complaint: There are XXXX accounts that DO NOT BELONG TO ME. XXXX. XXXX XXXX Balance- {$650.00} This has been on my Consumer report for over XXXX months now. Everytime I submit a complaint I get ignored or told that the account is rightfully mine without any one demonstrating any proof as to how they came up with this information. I was never notified of this debt and it does not rightfully belong to me. There are other people locally that have the same name as me seeing as it is a very common First and Last XXXX name where I come from. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ) Balance - XXXX This account never belonged to me, and when I called in and spoke to a representative they told me the easiest way to get this removed from my consumer report would be to pay the debt off in full which I was reluctant to do seeing as I never defaulted on an account with this company. I have many properties and would have known if that was the case. I paid this debt off and they promised it would be removed XXXX days after payment was processed which was a lie because it is still on my consumer report. I have the recording in my possession which can confirm what I was promised and how I was misled into paying off an account that never belonged to me which is ILLEGAL!
