Consumer Complaint: I am writing to formally dispute and request the immediate and aggressive deletion of the charge-off accounts listed on my credit report. These accounts are negatively impacting my credit score and financial well-being, and I believe that their presence on my credit report is inaccurate and unjust. I was the victim & I'm not sure why the CRA is not complying with the law. The other bureaus have followed suit. Im very confused why this one seems to ignore my requests. I understand that the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) grants me the right to dispute any inaccuracies on my credit report, and I am exercising that right in this correspondence. The following charge-off accounts are the subject of this dispute : XXXX XXXX XXXX I request that you conduct a thorough investigation into the validity and accuracy of these accounts and take the necessary steps to remove them from my credit report immediately. I also request that you provide me with written documentation supporting the validity of these accounts, as required by the FCRA. Someone has been using my name, social security number, and date of birth to obtain these accounts.
