Consumer Complaint: I am writing to dispute the presence of fraudulent accounts on my credit report. Upon reviewing my credit report, I discovered several accounts that I believe to be the result of identity theft or fraudulent activity. I am requesting your assistance in investigating and, if necessary, removing these accounts from my credit report. I was the victim & I'm not sure why the CRA is not complying with the law. The other bureaus have followed suit. Im very confused why this one seems to ignore my requests. The fraudulent accounts in question are as follows : XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX I implore your bureau to take immediate and comprehensive action concerning my identity theft disputes. I insist that you prioritize my case, conduct a thorough investigation, and expeditiously remove the fraudulent accounts and transactions from my credit report. I also request a clearly defined timeline for resolution and regular updates on the progress of my dispute. As a consumer, I believe it is my right to have my concerns addressed promptly and diligently. Should your bureau fail to provide a satisfactory response within a reasonable timeframe, I am fully prepared to seek legal counsel and escalate this matter to the appropriate regulatory authorities to ensure that justice is served.

Consumer Complaint: The continuous dissemination of inaccurate information in this manner should be re-evaluated. According to 15 U.S. Code 1681b - Permissible purposes of consumer reports, Experian may be criminally liable under 15 USC 1611. Generally, a consumer reporting agency may only provide a consumer report under specific circumstances, including when instructed to do so in writing by the consumer concerned. Under 15 U.S. Code 1681b - Permissible purposes of consumer reports, I never provided written consent for any information to be reported on my consumer report. As XXXX XXXX, I never authorized any written consent for any information to be reported on my consumer report. The absence of consent constitutes identity theft. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681a ( 2 ) ( B ), any authorization or approval of a specific extension of credit by the issuer of a credit card or similar device should be excluded from a consumer report. The definition of a credit card under 15 USC 1681 is the same as under 15 USC 1602 ( I ), which states that " the term 'Credit card ' means any card, plate, coupon book, or other credit device existing for the purpose of obtaining money, property, labor, or services on credit. '' Congress explicitly states that this includes ANY card. In this case, the credit card is my social security card. It is the credit card I used for every consumer credit transaction listed below. Therefore, they should all be removed from my consumer report under 15 USC 1681a ( 2 ) ( B ). The inclusion of an alleged debt on your " credit '' report is a violation of 15 USC 1692b. ( 2 ) and can be seen as advertising to coerce payment, which is illegal. I demand that EXPERIAN immediately remove these transactions from my report, as they violate my rights as a federally protected consumer under Title 15, Chapter 41. Regarding the accounts listed below, I demand their deletion as a consumer. 1. I did not consent to an unauthorized inquiry by XXXX XXXX XXXX Date of inquiry : XX/XX/2023 2. I did not consent to an unauthorized inquiry by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Date of inquiry : XX/XX/2023 XXXX. I did not consent to an unauthorized inquiry by XXXX XXXX Date of inquiry : XX/XX/2023 Please remove them from my credit report. This agency is in violation of 15 U.S.C. 1692G. They were supposed to notify me of this in writing 5 days prior, but they did not. As the original creditor, only I can validate this debt. I do not validate this debt. Therefore, the following accounts must be deleted from my report. I have already involved and sent this letter to the Attorney Generals Office, XXXX XXXX XXXX, and Federal Trade Commission. Please remove all non-account holding inquiries. Please note that you have 30 days to complete this investigation, as per the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ). Additionally, I request a description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information, to be provided within 5 days of completing your re-investigation. I am keeping a careful record of your actions, including your Method of Verification. I do not consent to e-Oscar or any means of automated verification. I am seeking monetary relief of {$3000.00} for this clear violation, as this is my third attempt to contact Experian.
