Consumer Complaint: I called and sent letters to EXPERIAN about the generic letter that I received about my disputes. There are two bankruptcies that are reporting on my credit report that are fraud and not mine along with an account from XXXX XXXX XXXX texas, and 5 inquiries. As a consumer this is very frustrating and against my rights according to the 1978 FDCPA 15 U.S.C. 1692-1692P. EXPERIAN has displayed no proof of validation and only send me something generic saying its validated. I also sent them my police report and my FTC report which shows fraud from the accounts that I've disputed. FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C. 1681C-2 ) was also submitted to block these fraudulent accounts along with fraud inquiries, bankruptcies, and address. The accounts are hindering me from obtaining credit and housing.

Consumer Complaint: I have been a victim of identity theft which I discovered around XX/XX/. I have notified all consumer reporting agencies with a FTC Identity theft report which listed all the accounts added to my report without my knowledge. Some of the items were removed and some were not. The situation has caused my own banking privileges to be dramatically downgraded and created a storm of financial complications, unknown collection accounts and debt which is now attached to my name. The consumer reporting agencies are not exactly helping and I am unsure where to turn. I was told that it can take another 30 days for the creditors to respond to my disputed accounts on top of the previous 60 days which is unacceptable and even uncertain. I am completely blinded by the situation and unsure how to remedy the problem. Please help.

Consumer Complaint: I am listing accounts below that have been reported inaccurately on my credit report. In compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and as a gesture of respect to the Federal Trade Commission Committee on accuracy and completeness of credit information I am formally writing in today to dispute negative information appearing on my credit. This incorrect information is greatly hindering me from getting the credit score I deserve and hopefully, this letter will resolve all the issues on my credit. I demand to see Verifiable Proof ( an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it ) of the accounts listed below. Your failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit.

Consumer Complaint: Against my knowledge or consent, a personal loan for {$4000.00} was made by the on-line XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I had no knowledge of the loan on my credit report until I tried financing something else on XX/XX/XXXX. In an effort to save my credit, I immediately paid the loan off even though they had written off the loan. I have been in dispute with XXXX XXXX ever since. I believe the loan was taken out in my name by XXXX XXXX who had a XXXX problem. He had access to all of my personal information. I have asked the lending company for proof that it was me that took out the loan. Specifically, signature, copy of ID, thumb print or anything else they used to approve the loan other than an on-line application.. To this date, they have furnished me with no copies of proof. I have spoken to them many times and they admitted it was not me as the mother of my step-son tried to take over the loan. However, they will not officially release me from the responsibility of the loan because they know they have wrong information on my credit report and that the may have to reimburse me the XXXX. I have filed complaints with the credit services and the last one was done by Experian XXXX. I specifically asked them to not just take the word of the financial institution and ask for any form of identification that it was me that took out the loan other than information provided on an on-line application. Experian did not do that. They stated that the loan company certified it was me that took out the loan but again provided no copies of my identification. I am retired, own my own home outright and have nearly the max amount of money in my checking account alone that the government would insure. I have never taken out any type of personal loan in my life. I have hundreds of XXXX of dollars available to me and would have no need to take out a personal loan. This is is case of on-line identity theft and neither the bank or credit bureau seems to be able to understand that. All I have asked for is a form of physical proof that it was me that took out the loan. Signature or copy of government issued ID would be the most logical. They cant do it and the negative event is still on my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: Ive noticed that several deviations from mandatory reporting standards therefore the data in my report can not be accurate and complete! With that said, I deny your allegations and I challenge you to provide proof that you have the right to report this incomplete negative information on my credit report. Per 15 U.S.C 1681e Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. According to 12 CFR Part 1022 ( Regulation V ) requires furnishers to : Furnish information concerning accounts or other relationships with a consumer that has integrity. Furnish information about accounts or other relationships with a consumer that is accurate. C - Conduct reasonable investigations of consumer disputes According to XXXX, in order to make a lawful report, you must follow the Metro 2 compliance standards. Also as stated in the XXXX Any Deviation From These Standards Jeopardizes The Integrity of The Data. This means that any mistakes in reporting claims can make the information less accurate and it affects the accuracy of any federally regulated reports. Therefore, I am invoking my rights to challenge these inaccurate and non-compliant items. Neglecting my demand will only prove that you DO NOT care about my rights as a consumer. Its NOT FAIR for you to report information that isnt confirmed to be ethical and meets the standards of certified reporting. Again, I am challenging these claims and asking for proof of the proper reporting standards. You are violating my rights! I have listed the concerns about your reporting in this document. It's not complete and does not meet my standards according to law, you must certify all aspects of required FCRA/ Metro 2 compliance which is done truthfully, correctly ( in a timely manner ), completely AND accurately as well - or else I would have to escalate these issues to the CFPB , FTC and my Attorney General.
