Consumer Complaint: Purchased a new car- XXXX XXXX XXXX pulled my credit and said it was XXXX. I had removed the freeze the day before because we were purchasing the car- they said they would try again put the freeze and turn off- t hat was on XXXX still XXXX they told me to call Experian, I talked to Experian on XX/XX/XXXX told to call back on XX/XX/XXXX talked XXXX said my XXXX was in the XXXX 's. told me to call back on XX/XX/XXXX I did I talked to XXXX who sent me to XXXX filed a complaint- sue sent me to XXXX- who said has to be an error from XXXX not them. Spoke to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX who said no had to be Experian. I am concerned as to how this happened and why they are both pointing fingers at each other- I received a letter from XXXX XXXX saying the credit score is XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX ( the day that XXXX XXXX XXXX it is XXXX ) We had to take the loan under my husband whose XXXX score is less than mine- this greatly concerns me if I want or need credit in the future- who did what wrong- this can cost me for loan percentage. It has been extremely frustrating - no one can tell me why when XXXX XXXX pulled the credit it was XXXX ( like a kid out of college with no credit ). I would like resolution on what happened and how to make sure it does not happen again. XXXX XXXX XXXX said they use a third party to pull reports- they also said good idea to report it so that you can figure out whose fault and what went wrong. Thank you

Consumer Complaint: I have disputed the attached accounts multiple times for inaccuracy and false reporting. The are not any accounts I recognize opening and accounts have so many discrepancies that I question the integrity. I have a right to accuracy and completeness on my report so I have requested that the inaccurate accounts be removed but they are still reporting. The accounts do not even show a notice of dispute so I KNOW there was not investigation completed. The account must be removed since it is impossible to verify the because of all the inaccuracies and discrepancies.
