Consumer Complaint: Between XXXX I originated XXXX accounts with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX A personal loan and a credit card which was opened separately. Overtime, either XXXX or both of the accounts had changes to the account number, changes to the terms and conditions or some loan modification. As a result, the account history and the amount of payments and interest Ive paid substantial payments without paying in totality has become available. As well as access to previous statements before the account numbers changed. I have noticed that the principal balance has barely changed and it appears most of all the payments made has gone to interest. For the past XXXX years, XXXX XXXX had any significant reduction in my principal balance. As a result of financial hardship and reduced income I needed assistance with making payments. The first delinquency was reported in XXXX for both the credit card and loan. After 7 years, statue of limitation require negative reporting should be deleted and removed. Also, they have the credit card tradeline for {$19000.00} appearing twice under different account numbers, which is having a double negative impact on my credit. In absence of account history and old statements I have contested the validity of the debt and derogatory information. The credit reporting agencies and XXXX XXXX has failed to rectify the situation and delete derogatory information. Under section 1681s-2B of FCRA 15 USC 1681 et seq and The Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq, the companies are in violation and having complied to my requests. Also, in recent news reports and class action lawsuit, XXXX XXXX has allegedly discriminated against minority borrowers and neglected to provide fair lending practices and services. I believe I am too a victim of unfair treatment and would like all derogatory credit reporting to be removed and deleted. I have been a member since XXXX, and Ive paid off several loans with XXXX XXXX. I am deeply disappointed at the way theyve treated me as a consumer. Learning that theyve treated other minority consumers unfairly is terrible. Their actions has negatively impacted my financial health and XXXX XXXX by continuing to report old and unverified information.

Consumer Complaint: I opened a credit card with XXXX XXXX in XXXX. The account shows delinquency that is over XXXX years that should not appear on my credit report. I also asked that the company provides statements from the beginning of the account, and they have failed to do so. I called on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with a XXXX in the Special Collections Department and verified that this account was paid and it was still reflecting as open according to her records. I have in the last two years requested that the derogatory information be removed since it has not been verified and validated as accurate. The company has not provided any account history and proof of the delinquent payments. Consumer Complaint: I am writing to bring to your attention certain discrepancies in the information being reported on my credit report, which is in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). This is the second time I reported this issue to XXXX ; however, there is still inaccurate information on my credit report. Under 15 U.S.C. 1681e ( b ), when information is challenged by a consumer, a CRA must in fact investigate the accuracy of an underlying disputed debt between a consumer and a creditor as part of its statutory obligation ( XXXX ) to use " reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information '' in its credit reports; and ( XXXX ) to " conduct a reasonable reinvestigation to determine whether the disputed information is inaccurate and record the current status of the disputed information, or delete the item from the file. The Acct ( XXXXXXXX XXXX Acct # XXXX ) reported on my credit profile has multiple inaccuracies such as Date Reported, Lasted Date Of Activity, and Payment History. XXXX reported Date Opened XX/XX/XXXX and Experian and XXXX reported date opened XX/XX/XXXX. The DLA ( last date of activity ) is inconsistent meaning there's conflict that this debt could have been illegally re-aged which is an additional FCRA violations. Date Reported and Payment history are also inconsistent within all three credit bureau. If XXXX has verified the debt and did an investigative then there shouldnt be any misrepresentations being reported on my credit profile. Payment History XXXX listed ( NONE LISTED ) XXXX Has history reported Experian Has History reported Last date of activity XXXX XX/XX/XXXXXXXX Experian XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX Date Reported XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Experian XX/XX/XXXX Falsified credit information can result in a lawsuit and damages resulting XXXX {$1000.00} per error. I would like an actual investigation, proof/ copy of original contract rectifying accuracy and verifying owe debt or account deleted from my credit profile within 30 of date.By continually reporting erroneous information on my credit report, XXXX is violating Section 1681 i of the FCRA XXXX and ( XXXX ) generally alleges that XXXX failed to follow reasonable procedures to assure the maximum possible accuracy of my information.
