Consumer Complaint: It has come to my attention that the presence of numerous accounts on my credit report may be in violation of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ( GLBA ) and its provisions regarding Non-Personal Information ( NPI ). Per the GLBA, financial institutions are required to provide an initial notice and an annual notice to customers at the establishment of the relationship and thereafter. Furthermore, if XXXX has been shared with non-affiliated third parties, customers must be provided with an opt in/opt-out notice, a reasonable way to opt in/opt out, and a reasonable amount of time to exercise the right to opt out before any disclosure or contract is signed most contracts and disclosures states we will not share or sell your personal and financial information abiding the federal law of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ( GLBA ) and its provisions regarding Non-Personal Information ( XXXX I assert that I have not received the necessary notices and information regarding the handling of my NPI, as mandated by the GLBA. This lack of compliance raises serious concerns about the privacy and security of my personal and financial information. I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and expect the immediate removal of the listed accounts from my credit report if found to be in violation of the GLBA. Additionally, I request written proof, not emails or templates, demonstrating the authority to disclose, the right to opt out or opt in, and the contract I signed with your organization with my written signature granting permission for the sharing and selling of my information for monetary gain.
