Issue: Incorrect information on your report
Subissue: Information belongs to someone else
Consumer Complaint: I have diligently followed the established dispute process, providing irrefutable evidence of the fraudulent nature of these items, including police reports, affidavits, and any other relevant documents. Regrettably, these fraudulent entries remain on my credit report, exacerbating the negative impact on my creditworthiness. I wish to emphasize the urgency and severity of this matter, and I express the following concerns : The presence of these persistent fraudulent items not only continues to harm my credit score but also raises serious concerns about the security of my personal information. It is imperative that immediate action is taken to rectify this situation and prevent further damage. The Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) mandates that consumer reporting agencies promptly investigate and correct inaccurate or fraudulent information. The prolonged existence of these fraudulent entries on my credit report is a direct violation of this legal requirement. Despite my previous attempts to resolve this issue, the lack of resolution is unacceptable. I am left with no choice but to escalate this complaint to higher authorities and legal channels if this matter is not promptly and satisfactorily addressed. I insist on your immediate attention to this serious matter and a swift resolution to remove the persistent fraudulent items from my credit report. I demand detailed information on the steps being taken to investigate and correct this issue. I expect a written response within 15 days, as the urgency of this matter necessitates a more expedited resolution. This response should outline the results of your investigation and the concrete actions taken to rectify the persistent fraudulent entries. Failure to address this issue within the specified timeframe will leave me with no alternative but to pursue legal remedies aggressively. I am asking for your assistance to remove these fraudulent items in my credit file XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: The information listed on all 3 credit bureau seems to have misleading info. Account type : Experian Credit Report List Auto Loan XXXX Credit Report List Installment loan XXXX Credit Report List installment I understand that installment and auto loan fall within the same scope. If the company is going to use auto loan they should stick with that term throughout credit reporting, it draws a confusion when one credit report listed as auto loan and the others as installment. The status of all 3 credit bureau seems to be contradictory Experian Credit Report List Account charged off. {$18000.00} written off. {$10000.00} past due as of XX/XX/2023. XXXX Credit Report List Charged off as bad debt. XXXX Credit Report List Charge-off Status updates are not consistent. XXXX XXXX reporting whenever they feel the need is only hurting my credit. Past due amounts are not consistent as well the paid off percentage

Consumer Complaint: I NEED ALL UNAUTHORIZED INACCURATE AND INCOMPLETE ACCOUNTS REMOVED NOW. I SENT OUT A DISPUTE 30 DAYS AGO AND HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING YET. My information was involved in the XXXX data breach and I ended up having unauthorized accounts listed on my credit report. these accounts are invalid, inaccurate and incorrect. inaccurate credit reports directly impair the efficiency of the banking system and is hurting my reputation because these accounts and inquiries were not authorized by me. I need them removed immediately because this is hurting my chances at getting another mortgage. I included the letters that I sent out more than 30 days ago. I haven't heard from the credit bureaus yet and I know that have to respond within 30 days. this is unfair and I am being taken advantage of. I included my identifying documents with my letters and I need these disputed accounts removed immediately
