Income can not be reported on a credit report. 5 USC 552a Per the Privacy Act of 1974 These agencies have continuously violated my request to remove the income off of my credit report causing me immense harm. Consumer Complaint: Time has already passed but up until now, I havent heard any kind of response from the 3Credit Bureaus which made me decide to seek assistance from you. They have shown negligence and an act of refusal to comply with my request. I know for a fact that they are to comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act law, provide proof, and documents, and give definite and accurate responses, within the given statutory time. However, if they fail to do so, they are obliged to remove or update the items which are erroneous and unverified. Their unfavorable and unacceptable actions have been hurting my credit scores immensely. I requested XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX all accounts from reporting to third-party companies such as Experian, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX I am exercising my rights as a federally protected consumer under Fair Credit Reporting Act and related statues for consumer protection. I ask that they immediately remove all correspondence with any third-party agencies per my request and have all third-party agencies update their files per my request.
