Consumer Complaint: I, XXXX XXXX XXXX, am a natural living person. I am writing to dispute certain information present on my credit report, which I believe is inaccurate. This dispute is based on the provisions outlined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, including 15 U.S. Code 1681a, 15 U.S. Code 1681s-2, and 15 USC 1681a 2 ( A ) ( i ). According to 15 U.S. Code 1681a, the definition of a consumer report excludes reports containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the reporting entity. It is evident that the information in dispute falls under this exclusion. Furthermore, 15 U.S. Code 1681s-2 emphasizes the responsibility of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies. The law stipulates that furnishers must provide accurate information and prohibits reporting with actual knowledge of errors. In addition, 15 USC 1681a 2 ( A ) ( i ) supports my claim by specifying exclusions from the definition of a consumer report, highlighting the relevance of the disputed information to this exclusion. I am also placing a FTC reference number- # XXXX so that you can verify the inaccuracy of fraud that is placed on my credit report. Now based on the provisions mentioned above, I kindly request an investigation into these discrepancies and urge prompt action to rectify the inaccuracies. Consumer Complaint: I hope this letter finds you well, although I must express my profound disappointment and frustration with the recent findings on my credit report. I recently conducted an investigation into my credit history, a process that has left me in a state of severe distress upon discovering multiple unverifiable, invalidated, inaccurate, and questionable items. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), it is imperative that the information on my credit report is accurate and up-to-date. Regrettably, the items in question fail to meet this fundamental requirement, thereby violating the provisions outlined in 15 U.S Code 1681e ( b ) and 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( 5 ). These discrepancies not only compromise the integrity of my credit history but also have had a significant impact on my emotional well-being. I have taken the necessary steps in accordance with the FCRA, which includes disputing these inaccuracies through written correspondence. Attached to this letter are copies of all the letters I have previously sent in an attempt to rectify these issues. Consumer Complaint: After reviewing my credit report i must inform you that i am NOT responsible for this fraudulent unauthorized inquiry. This inquiry should not be furnished on my consumer report as they are in VIOLATION!!! Under, 15 U.S Code 1681b- Permissible purposes of consumer reports ( a ) IN GENERAL Subject to subsection ( c ) any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( 2 ) in accordance with the WRITTEN CONSENT to report anything on my consumer report which violates my rights as a federally protected consumer. NO CONSENT IS IDENTITY THEFT. As a consumer, I am demanding the deletion of the unauthorized inquiry listed IMMEDIATELY! 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) states a person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. 15 U.S.C 1681c. Consumer Complaint: I, XXXX XXXX XXXX have noticed inaccuracies on my credit report such as late payments. I am writing this letter to have my credit report updated to be current and up to date. First, according to the F.C.R.A Section 604 ( A ) ( 3 ) 15 U.S Code 1681 ( b ) Permissible purpose states that I have the right to privacy and that my information can not be shared without my written consent! Second, Section 607 ( A ) 15 U.S Code 1681 ( e ) Compliance and Procedures states my report must be 100 % accurate at all times and these late payments are not accurate! Nor did I authorize these late payments to show on my report. Third, according to the Truth and Lending Act Section 15 U.S Code 1666 ( b ) corrections of billing errors the CRA must correct any billing errors made on the consumer 's credit report with a written statement of what accounts need to be updated and corrected. I have already sent a letter XXXX DAYS AGO AND YOU ARE NOW IN VIOLATION OF MY CONSUMER RIGHTS! I am also placing a FTC reference number- # XXXX so that you can verify the inaccuracy of fraud that is placed on my credit report.
