Subissue: Investigation took more than 30 days
Consumer Complaint: I sent a letter regarding inaccurate and unknown things on my credit report. To this day over 30 days later I have not received a response yet. Section 611 ( a ), it is plainly stated that a failure to investigate these items within 30 days gives a reason to immediately remove those items from my credit report it has been over 30 days so they should be deleted promptly. I demand these accounts be deleted immediately or I will file for litigation due to the stress you caused me. My information was also impacted by the XXXX, Experian and XXXX data breach and may have got into the hands of the wrong person.

Issue: Incorrect information on your report
Subissue: Account information incorrect
Consumer Complaint: Debt collector placed collection action on my Experian credit report. Disputed and requested removal of collection from credit report, but Experian kept collection action on report based upon debt collector saying debt is valid. Also sent letter to debt collector disputing charge and requesting removal from credit report. Have attached copies of the letter to Experian and the letter to Experian. In both letters, I explained that this is an invalid attempt to collect the full rate for emergency medical services that were covered by my health insurance contract and the contract that the emergency medical services provider had with my health insurance company as an in-network provider.
