Consumer Complaint: To Whom It May Concern, I hope these letters will reach the appropriate departments. They reported multiple numbers of collection accounts on my credit report, yet, my personal information from their records were incorrect. They have NO uniformity of information. How can they say that a certain account is mine and my responsibility if they can't even be 100 % accurate with my personal information. Where did they obtain my details then? As a consumer, my concern here is the security of my private information, and I'm receiving a lot of unauthorized access on my account, doing hard inquiries and inquiry removals without my approvals and permission. Now, I'm totally shocked that multiple derogatory and collection accounts came popping in my credit report lately. I deemed it all to be misleading, invalid, inaccurate and inconsistent! I want these removed. I asked for reinvestigation in the past but I received letters not following what was written in my debt validation letter. Since they failed to follow the correct procedures. I request for these accounts to be remove immediately from my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: Dear Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ), I am writing to file a complaint against Experian Information Solutions , Inc. ( EXPERIAN ) regarding inaccurate information reported on my consumer report. This complaint is grounded in the violation of a crucial CFPB rule concerning human trafficking. The CFPB, under 12 CFR 1022.142, prohibits the inclusion of adverse information in consumer reporting for cases of human trafficking. Human trafficking is a severe federal crime, also known as Trafficking in Persons ( TIP ), involving the unlawful trade of human beings against their will for commercial XXXX exploitation or forced labor. In my XXXX CFPB Complaint ID Number, I explicitly communicated to the Consumer Reporting Agencies ( CRAs ) that they lack my lawful consent to report the mentioned accounts, as indicated in the attached notices. Regrettably, the CRAs negligently failed to comply, disregarding my will and violating my human rights. Human rights, as outlined in Article 4 of the Declaration of Human Rights, prohibit slavery and servitude in all forms. The CRAs have, in effect, subjected XXXX XXXX to both direct and indirect slavery and debt bondages. Attached are notarized documents supporting my notices EXPERIAN ( collectively the " CRA '' ) have willfully and negligently failed to comply with multiple disputes, and I am now demanding compensation for damages, encompassing intentional infliction of emotional distress, humiliation, defamation, and other related harm. I hereby reserve all rights to sue, applying this to Experian Information Solutions , Inc., their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, contractors, and all data sources and suppliers collectively referred to as the CRAs. This complaint is effective immediately. All Rights Reserved. Sincerely, XXXX, XXXX All Rights Reserved UCC 1-308
