Consumer Complaint: I am filing a formal complaint against Experian, one of the major credit reporting agencies, regarding the handling of my disputes concerning negative information on my credit report. I have recently encountered issues with Experian 's response to my dispute letters, and their assertion that the letters " do not appear to have been sent directly by me or authorized by me '' is both inaccurate and deeply concerning.I submitted dispute letters to Experian on XX/XX/2024 disputing certain negative information on my credit report. However, Experian 's response, as conveyed in their communication claims that my dispute letters either did not come directly from me or were not authorized by me. This assertion is complicated and distressing, as I can confirm that I personally submitted these dispute letters, and they were authorized by me.
