Consumer Complaint: I XXXX XXXX, have contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX online and via certified mail between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I've requested account validation of the collection account XXXX that has appeared on my most recent credit reports. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX has failed to provide me with any form of account validation that I have requested in my certified letter to them. I spoke with XXXX XXXX ( original creditor ) on XXXX XXXX XXXX Per my request, XXXX XXXX was able to immediately verify my current account information in their system and also confirm that my account has not been sent to a collection agency- nor should it be reporting as a collection account with XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX anyone else. Finally, I requested that XXXX provide me with an email letter confirmation of my current account XXXX. I've attached the proof of the letters XXXX XXXX has provided me with below.

I demand a deletion of all personal identifiable information from my consumer report with the exception of : 1. My Full Legal Name : XXXX XXXX XXXX. Consumer Complaint: I am filing a formal complaint against the three major credit bureausXXXX Experian, and XXXXregarding a significant issue with XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX auto-pay system, which has adversely affected my credit report. The incident in question involves a system error with XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX auto-pay, resulting in a missed payment, and the credit bureaus ' failure to accurately reflect this situation on my credit report. On XX/XX/2024, I discovered that XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX auto-pay system failed to process my payment, leading to an unintentional missed payment. What compounds the issue is that I did not receive any notification from XXXXXXXX XXXX alerting me to the auto-pay failure. Consequently, the missed payment has had a negative impact on my credit report.
