I received a copy of my credit report and I have found the following items listed below to be in error. Pursuant to 15 USC 1666b A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open and consumer credit plan as late for any purpose, unless the creditor has adopted reasonable procedures designed to ensure that each periodic statement including the information required by section 1637 ( b ) of this title is mailed or delivered to the consumer not later than 21 days before the payment due date. I NEVER gave You, Experian, any written instruction to furnish any information on my consumer report which is a violation of 15 USC 1661 b. The Credit Reporting Agency has caused severe stress and anxiety due to the abusive and unfair practices. You, Experian, should be ashamed of yourself for ASSUMING this role and position to constantly conunit fraud and cause harm to consumers. This is the official request to have the aforementioned item to be deleted off a credit report. Enclosed may be additional evidence to support my claim Sincerely, By XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: Despite some of these accounts were already being removed from XXXX and XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX, I still keep seeing these under other credit bureaus ' record. This made me questioned their accuracy because first of all, they should only be referring these information from one furnisher of information, but why do they have different resolution? No verification procedures were also shown to me. Therefore, I needed them to please remove these incorrect and misleading accounts from my credit history to avoid affecting my scores.

Issue: Incorrect information on your report

Subissue: Account status incorrect

Consumer Complaint: On or about XXXX/XXXX/23, I was sent an email by XXXX XXXX XXXX requiring me to have a waiver by obtaining a public notary for income information which included three months of a bank statement along with a waiver for me for some undisclosed IRS documents. I informed the rep at that time that I had no intent with complying with that request because it is my belief that it is unconstitutional that a private credit card company could make me do something that the IRS does not require. On or about XXXX/XXXX/23, I called XXXX and I talked to XXXX. I asked XXXX why was I picked out for an income verification. XXXX could not explain why, and I asked to speak to a supervisor. XXXX, who identified herself as supervisor, come to the phone, and said the exact opposite of what XXXX has stated. XXXX stated emphatically that this was not an income verification, but rather an identity verification. I told her " I was not required by law to file a income tax statement that the Internal Revenue Service did not require me to file. '' In fact, the Social Security Administration says that I can use the figure they assign for all types of loans. I told her I was willing to provide this federal documentation. That I have a valid US passport, a valid Illinois driver 's license, and a valid Illinois state ID, and I would gladly provide that information if she would provide me a reasonable way to provide this. On or about XXXX/XXXX/23, I was told that this issue would be resolved. I was given specific dates. I was suppose to get a call XX/XX/23 before XXXX XXXX. I was supposed to receive a call on XX/XX/23 before XXXX XXXX as well. I did not get a call. I talked to a XXXX XXXX, and I let him know that we were coming up on XXXX/XXXX/23, and I wasn't going to comply with signing an IRS document, getting a notary affidavit, or providing three months of notarized bank statements. I wanted to know what the internal process was of being to resolve this issue since it has been from XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX to resolve it. I informed XXXX XXXX that I think this is discriminatory and arbitrary, and had no reasonable system for the consumer to resolve the issue with the credit card company. Moreover, if the problem was truly identity verification why were there no procedures in place for the consumer either by email, snail mail, or fax to provide the requisite identity information. I think this is an attempt by XXXX XXXX and XXXX to either purge/interfere/or manipulate the customer 's of a rival, in this case Experian.
