Consumer Complaint: I am writing to file a complaint against XXXX XXXX regarding discrepancies in the reporting of my account. I have submitted disputes for the account in question, disputing the accuracy of certain information. Despite my efforts, XXXX XXXX has responded asserting that the information is verified and accurate. However, I have observed significant disparities between their reported information and that of Experian and XXXX. The discrepancies that I am disputing include : Account Status : XXXX XXXX reports a different account status compared to Experian and XXXX. The accurate account status must be promptly reflected to ensure fair and accurate credit reporting. Date Opened : There is a notable variance in the reported " Date Opened '' by XXXX XXXX compared to Experian and XXXX. It is imperative that the accurate date be reflected for proper credit assessment. Date of Last Activity : The reported " Date of Last Activity '' differs between XXXX XXXX and the information provided by Experian and XXXX. Ensuring the correct date is crucial for an accurate representation of my credit history. I have attached supporting documentation, including the responses from XXXX XXXX, as well as the corresponding information from Experian and XXXX. The evidence clearly demonstrates the inaccuracies in XXXX XXXX 's reporting. I kindly request that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau investigate this matter promptly and ensure that XXXX XXXX rectifies the inaccuracies in their reporting.
