Consumer Complaint: 15USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) clearly states that transactions between the consumer and the Person/Corporation making the report is NOT included on the consumer reports. Yet Experian is reporting this information.. The reporting of excluded information pursuant to 15USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) on a consumer report is a clear violation of Metro2 compliance. Provide me with the Metro2 compliance disclosure on reporting transactions to a consumer reporting agency. I need the transactions reporting as late, collection/charge-off status and any other derogatory information deleted from my consumer reports effective immediately. Before you think to reply that this account has been " validated ', let 's be clear that I am not asking you to validate or verify anything. Consumer Complaint: I am lodging a formal complaint to express my concerns regarding the egregious infringements on my rights as a consumer by XXXX, XXXX, and Experian. These entities are blatantly flouting the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 USC 1681 ) and other pertinent laws. Under 15 USC 1681 section 602 ( a ), it unequivocally states that consumer reporting agencies must fulfill their responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and reverence for the consumer 's right to privacy. However, the actions of XXXX, XXXX, and Experian starkly contradict this mandate. As a consumer, I possess the unequivocal right, safeguarded by 15 USC 6801, to ensure that my private information is not shared without my explicit consent. Furthermore, as per 15 USC 1681 section 604 ( a ) ( 2 ), consumer reporting agencies are permitted to furnish a consumer report solely in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer. I want to emphasize that neither the financial institution ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) nor the consumer reporting agencies possess my consent to furnish this information, and they decidedly lack my written approval. The failure to apprise me of my right to exercise my nondisclosure option, as required by 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( c ), constitutes a blatant violation of the law. Additionally, the reporting of adverse information without my permission, as outlined in 15 USC 1681C ( a ) ( 5 ), is illegal. Furthermore, 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 ( a ) ( 1 ) explicitly prohibits the furnishing of inaccurate information to consumer reporting agencies. XXXX and Experian are failing egregiously to uphold reasonable procedures to avoid violations of Section 1681c and to restrict the furnishing of consumer reports to the purposes authorized under Section 1681b. To compound matters, the neglect to inform me of my right to opt-out, as mandated by 12 CFR 1016.7, accentuates a complete disregard for consumer rights. I am hereby formally exercising my right to opt out of any adverse reporting to my consumer report. Under 15 USC 1681c ( f ) and relevant statutes, I have explicitly requested that adverse information concerning my credit history or any other consumer reports be excluded from reporting to third parties. This opt-out request is effective immediately, and I expect compliance with this directive.

Consumer Complaint: To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to officially dispute the information contained in my consumer report, as provided by your agency. After a careful examination of my report, it has come to my attention that undisclosed personal information about me has been shared with a non-affiliated third party without my explicit written consent. This raises concerns as it appears to violate the regulations outlined in 15 U.S. Code 6802 - Obligations with Respect to Disclosures of Personal Information. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), I am entitled to be informed about and control the disclosure of my personal information. The disclosure to a non-affiliated third party without affording me the opportunity to opt-out, as mandated by law, raises significant privacy concerns. Upon a detailed review of the report, I observed that specific accounts are being reported without obtaining my written consent. It is essential to clarify that my dispute is directed towards your reporting agency for disseminating and reporting information without proper authorization, not with the creditor. Referring to 15 USC 1681b - Permissible Purpose, which mandates a consumer 's written consent for the reporting of personal information, I have not granted such consent. I kindly request documentation to verify my consent, demonstrating compliance with this legal requirement. Failure to provide evidence of my consent may be construed as a violation of my rights under the FCRA. I have already filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission ( FTC ) on this matter, and the reference number for my complaint is XXXX. I believe the unauthorized disclosure and reporting of my personal information may constitute a violation und er 18 USC 1028a, potentially constituting identity theft. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681c-2, I form ally request the removal of the following accounts from my consumer report within four business days from the date of this letter : Account Name : XXXX XXXX XXXX Account XXXX : XXXX Account Name : XXXX XXXX Account Number : XXXX Account Name : XXXX XXXX Account Number : XXXX Account Name : XXXX XXXX Account Number : XXXX Account Name : XXXX Account Number : XXXX Account Name : XXXX XXXX XXXX Account Number : XXXX Account Name : XXXX XXXX XXXX Account Number : XXXX Account Name : XXXX XXXX XXXX Account Number : XXXX Account Name : XXXX XXXX XXXX Account Number : XXXX Account Name : XXXX XXXX XXXX Account Number : XXXX Account Name : XXXXXXXX XXXX Account Number : XXXX Account XXXX : XXXX XXXX Account Number : XXXX Account Name : XXXX XXXX XXXX Account Number : XXXX Account Name : XXXX Account Number : XXXX Account name : XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Account number XXXX XXXX Account name : XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Account number XXXX XXXX UNAUTHORIZED INQUIRY XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Inquiry date XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Inquiry date XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Inquiry date XX/XX/ I affirm my right to a fair and accurate credit reporting process, emphasizing that the swift removal of these accounts is crucial to rectifying the reported inaccuracies. Furthermore, I request documentation regarding your method of verification for the disputed accounts and records showing proof of my option to opt-out of the information being reported in my consumer report. This will ensure that your reporting agency adheres to the necessary standards for accuracy and fairness in credit reporting. I anticipate your prompt attention to this matter and the resolution of my dispute within the specified time frame of four business days. Non-compliance with the provisions of the FCRA may result in further legal action. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.
