Consumer Complaint: Since XXXX of 2020 I have been dealing with identity theft, after filling a police report when my purse out of my car, all of my personal information including my XXXX social security cards, my bank cards and credit cards, even my unemployment EDD debit card was stolen. Which resulted in my dealing with them taking over {$25000.00} dollars from me during the pandemic. I have send off credit reports and dispute letters to all three credit bureaus, XXXX XXXX XXXX and Experian requesting them to please remove these accounts that have been fraudulently open. With proof of ID showing I do not even stay at those residents listed on credit reports. Due to these unauthorized charges on my credit report I did not apply for, please remove immediately. Nothing has changes

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 I sent a dispute to Experian credit bureau in this dispute, I challenged the following inaccurate, incomplete, and unverifiable data that has been placed on my consumer report. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account no : XXXX and and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account no : XXXX The following accounts are a result of Identity thief, I contacted Experian, I provided the following documents an Identity thief report, a XXXX XXXX Police report , along with other documents that proved that I was a victim of Identity thief. These accounts were then deleted by Experian, 30 day later without notification these account were reinserted violating the FRCA 611 15 USC 1681 i that states ( ii ) Notice to consumer If any information that has been deleted from a consumer 's file pursuant to subparagraph ( A ) is reinserted in the file the consumer reporting agency shall notify the consumer of the reinsertion in writing not later than 5 business days after the reinsertion or it if authorized by the consumer for that purpose, by any other means available to the agency. Experian is also in violation of FCRA 611 15 USC 1681 i ( B ) Certification of Accuracy of information of previously deleted material. Experian is indirect violation of the FCRA 611 15 USC 1681 i and Federal law, I never received a notice in writing or any other way they had 5 business days to do so and they failed to do so, causing my credit score to drop causing me harm, I am enclosing a document from EXPERIAN were they state that they did delete these accounts and then rescinded, I demand that these accounts be deleted because EXPERIAN failed to INFORM ME IN WRITING NOT LATER THAN 5 DAYS, of the reinsertion furthermore they never furnished me a copy of the certification of accuracy of information. from them or the creditor.

A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose, unless the creditor has adopted reasonable procedures designed to ensure that each periodic statement including the information required by section 1637 ( b ) of this title is mailed or delivered to the consumer not later than 21 days before the payment due date.
