Since it is a necessity by regulation 605b of the FCRA I'm sending this Complaint to assist with laying out a lawful response. Consumer Complaint: Subject : Assertive Dispute of Unauthorized and Unverifiable Account on Consumer Report To XXXX, XXXX & Experian, I am writing to dispute a blatant violationan unauthorized and unverifiable account XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has glaringly appeared on my consumer reports with XXXX, XXXX, and Experian. The presence of this item unequivocally tarnishes my creditworthiness and unequivocally constitutes a breach of my privacy. I assert, unequivocally, that this unauthorized account is a blatant form of identity fraud, even in the event of a permissible purpose, for which I categorically have not given consent. The reporting of this account is a violation under federal law, explicitly governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). Sections 611 ( a ) and 611 ( b ) of the FCRA unambiguously outline the procedures for reinvestigation of disputed information and the prompt notification of disputed information to furnishers of information, respectively. The Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act ( FACTA ), Section 312, leaves no room for ambiguity, establishing the unwavering responsibilities of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies. I assert, without a shadow of doubt, that this item must be thoroughly investigated and promptly removed from my consumer reports, as it unequivocally violates both federal laws. I emphasize, without hesitation, that I did not provide consent for this item to be included in my consumer profile, and I categorically assert my right to have it deleted. This account outright violates North Carolina law, specifically the North Carolina Identity Theft Protection Act under Chapter 75, Article 2A, encompassing provisions from N.C. Gen.
