Also 15 USC 1681 Section 602A,15 USC Section 604 A consumer reporting agency can not furnish a accounts without written instructions. 15 USC 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) Section states ; no consumer reporting agency can not contain the following inaccurate information or has reasonable cause to believe that is damaging the consumer credit history.
