Consumer Complaint: These credit bureaus are denying me my right and the ability to dispute accounts on my credit report that are inaccurate and who are also reporting inconsistencies with the other credit bureaus. This is a violation of my consumer rights which give me the right to an accurate updated credit report. They have also failed to provide me with how they have been able to validate each debt. Because these accounts remain on my credit report, they are causing major damages to my reputation as well as are prohibiting me from becoming a homeowner. I am entitled to have these accounts removed and received an update credit report. Accounts reporting inaccurately : 1 ) XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX Balance : {$3700.00} reporting as a charge-off. The date of last activity is not reporting on Experian. Yet show the date of XX/XX/XXXXXXXX on XXXX and XX/XX/XXXXXXXX on XXXX. Date Closed is not reporting on either XXXX or Experian yet it shows XX/XX/XXXX on XXXX. The payment history is also not reporting on XXXX but reflect different days on Experian and XXXX. 2 ) XXXX XXXXBalance {$910.00} was removed from XXXX for it's inability to validate the date. Yet it is reporting on XXXX & Experian as a chargeoff. The payment history is inconsistent as it is not reporting on XXXX but is reporting on Experian. The date closed is not showing at all on Experian but showing a date of XX/XX/XXXX on XXXX. The date of last activity is also not reporting on Experian but showing XX/XX/XXXX on XXXX. 3 ) XXXX XXXX XXXX is a fradulent account as I have no knowledge of it and it is only reporting on XXXX. 4 ) XXXX XXXXBalance $ XXXX-is reporting as a charge-off. The payment history for this account is inconsistent as it is reporting some months on Experian, others on XXXX, and not all all on XXXX. Yet none of these reported payment histories are the same. The date closed is not reflected at all on XXXX or Experian but it is showing a date of XX/XX/XXXXXXXX on XXXX. The last date of activity is not reflected on Experian but it is showing a date of XX/XX/XXXX on XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX on XXXX. 5 ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX-Balance- $ XXXXThis account is also reflected as a chargeoff with several inconsistencies. The payment history is not reporting on XXXX but is reporting on Experian and XXXX. The date closed is not reporting on either XXXX or Experian but is reporting a date of XX/XX/XXXX. The date of last activity is not reported on Experian but is reporting as XX/XX/XXXX on XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX on XXXX. 6 ) XXXX XXXX XXXX -Balance- $ XXXX-this account is reflected as charge-off. This account was deleted on XXXX due to the inconsistencies as well as their inability to validate the debt. The payment history is not reporting on XXXX but only showing charge-offs beginning XX/XX/XXXX nothing being reported prior to that activity. The date closed is not reported on Experian but is showing a date of XX/XX/XXXX. Date of last activity is also not reporting on Experian but is reporting on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX ) XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) - This account was removed from my XXXX XXXX Experian but is still reflecting on XXXX. I am interested in how this credit reporting agency was able to validate this debt as accurate but the others were not. 8 ) XXXX- There are two accounts reporting on XXXX both of which have been deleted from XXXX & Experian . I am interested in how this debt was able to be validated with XXXX but not with the other agencies. 9 ) XXXX XXXX I am unsure of the actual name of this collection agency as it is reporting as XXXX on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX on Experian. I am requesting the original contract with a signature to validate that this debt is mine. 10 ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX-Collection company name XXXX on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on Experian. This is not reporting on XXXX. This account shows that is is a joint account, yet I don't know who the other individual on the account is. This is a fraudulent account. I am requesting that the original contract with the original signature be produced to validate this debt. If they are unable to do so, I am requesting that this account be deleted immediately. XXXX XXXX-Collection named XXXX on XXXX & XXXX XXXX XXXX on Experian. This is not reporting on XXXX. I am requesting the original contract with a signature for this debt. Otherwise, I am requesting that this account be deleted immediately. All of these accounts listed are reporting inaccurate and inconsistent information between the three major credit union XXXX, XXXX, and Experian. Two of the three agencies ( Experian & XXXX ) are refusing to allow me to dispute this inaccurate information. They are also reporting these accounts as verified and accurate when there is no way a company can report different information to each bureau for the same account and it be found to be accurate. XXXX, Eperian, and XXXX each have a responsibility to properly investigate all consumer disputes as well as update the reports to reflect as accurate as possible.
