I appreciate the services provided by XXXXXXXX XXXX and the role you play in facilitating my homeownership. I have recently reviewed my credit report and noted the presence of this late payment entry. I believe there has been a misunderstanding or error, as I have consistently made on-time payments since the inception of my mortgage. Upon investigating this matter further, it appears that the lateness may have been the result of XXXXXXXX XXXX as stated on their website and the document they sent me stating that they processed check # XXXX on XXXX XXXX XXXX and mailed it out same day. They also stated through email and their website that the check was delivered on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX..this payment will be delivered by paper check on Wednesday, XXXX XXXX XXXX SENT TO XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, TX XXXX CHECK NUMBER XXXX XXXX XXXX sent check from XXXX XXXX, CA on XX/XX/XXXX through mail to XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Tx it was delivered on XX/XX/XXXX. Consumer Complaint: I have contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX numerous times and requested my auto loan to be reported to my credit profile. I opened the loan XX/XX/XXXX. When I started calling XXXX about the missing information, I was asked to upload my credit reports to their portal which I have completed XXXX times. I was then sent several letters for different reasons on why it wasn't reported. After calling and explaining the account has never shown on my report is when they stated the credit companies are verifying the account is reporting. I asked the CSR to provide me with the information that the credit companies stated this, they did not. I then received another letter stating that XXXX notice an issue with my credit profile and sent an update to the credit companies and this could take XXXX days. That was XX/XX/XXXX, I believe. On XX/XX/XXXX I finally received a call from a manager after months of requesting someone to call me back about my issue. He requested I submit the documents yet again for the XXXX time. On XX/XX/XXXX I called Experian and requested for my credit profile to be reviewed and the CSR verified that no car loan from XXXX was reporting and has never reported. She also stated there isn't an investigation shown on my report if there was, I would have received a letter in the mail. The CSR then created a case # XXXX and transferred me to the Disputes Department and that CSR advised I would need to call XXXX and Request XXXX things 1. Full Account Number and 2. Subscriber Code. When I called the CSR XXXX informed me, she would provide me with the full account number she sent a code to my phone and then placed me on hold to find the subscriber code from someone else. Once she returned, she did not have the subscriber code she stated no one knows what that is, not even a supervisor. As of today XX/XX/XXXX, my XXXX XXXX XXXX has not reported accurately to my credit profile after XXXX months of paying on time payments to the company.
