Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX and EXPERIAN are all reporting a charged off account from XXXX XXXX XXXX a charge off is considered a certificate of indebtedness which means it is income income is non public information and that non public information being reported on my report is a violation of my privacy rights under the privacy act of XXXX. Furthermore the information regarding the account with XXXX XXXX XXXX does not match up across all 3 credit Bureas for instance XXXX AND XXXX says that this account with XXXX XXXX XXXX is an installment account while EXPERIAN says it is a secured loan this a violation of 15usc 1681b reasonable procedures it is required by all consumer reporting agencies to report information which is fair and equitable to me the consumer in regards to accuracy and confidentiality. Furthermore XXXX XXXX and EXPERIAN are also reporting a company by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX in which the information being reported is inaccurate as well XXXX shows that this is a open account while EXPERIAN is showing this account in collections the date last active also does not match on XXXX it states that the date the account was last active was XX/XX/XXXX while EXPERIAN shows XX/XX/XXXX this is another violation of 15 usc 1681b reasonable procedures it is required by all consumer reporting agencies to report information which is fair and equitable to me the consumer in regards to accuracy and confidentiality. Furthermore XXXX XXXX and EXPERIAN are all reporting a charged off account from XXXX XXXX XXXX a charge off is considered a certificate of indebtedness which means it is income income is non public information and that being reported on my report is a violation of my privacy rights under the privacy act of XXXX. Furthermore the information regarding the account with XXXX XXXX XXXX is also inaccurate XXXX shows this as an installment account while EXPERIAN shows this account as a secured loan also the dates last active do not match up as well therefore it is inaccurate. XXXX XXXX is also being reported to my consumer report with inaccurate information as well the dates it says the account was last active does not match up accurately XXXX shows the date last active as XX/XX/XXXX while EXPERIAN shows XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX is being reported as charge off a charge off is considered a certificate of indebtedness which means it is income income is non public information and that being reported on my report is a violation of my privacy rights under the privacy act of XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX is also being reported to my consumer report XXXX XXXX XXXX is a third party debt collector that I have no contracts with I do not owe them any debt I demand that they provide proof of any contract I have with them if they can not provide this proof of contract then it must be removed. I also have inquires on my report on XXXX I have 2 inquires XXXX and XXXX XXXX. 15 usc 1681b permissible purposes says thats if its not an open account that is actually on my credit report they have to remove the inquire. Furthermore I have 1 inquire on XXXX from XXXX Moreover 15 usc 1681b permissible purposes says thats if its not an open account that is actually on my credit report they have to remove the inquire. I also have 1 inquire on EXPERIAN from XXXX 15 usc 1681b permissible purposes says thats if its not an open account that is actually on my credit report they have to remove the inquire. I have provided proof of violations that XXXX EXPERIAN XXXX and the non affiliated third party corporations have committed against me in the attachments below
