Consumer Complaint: I am requesting an investigation into Experian 's deceptive business practices. They deny consumers the opportunity to discuss problems with live customer service representatives. This practice denies XXXX and those with XXXX the ability to quickly obtain and correct information on their consumer reports. Experian has a tele-prompt system that blocks any/all attempts to reach a live customer services representative placing consumers in an endless loop and creating an undue burden to obtain or verify information in consumer files. This endless loop also eats up cell phone minutes without disclosure you will never reach a live representative. I am requesting the CFPB enact or enforce laws that prevent this type of deceptive business practice.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 I sent a letter regarding inaccurate and unknown things on my credit report. Over 60 days later, I have not received a response yet. I feel like I am being taken advantage of and being ignored in my disputes. In Section 611 ( a ), it is stated that a failure to investigate these items within 30 days gives a reason to immediately remove those items from my credit report. It has been over 60 days so they should be deleted expeditiously. If the accounts are not deleted immediately, I will file for litigation due to the stress you have caused me. My information may have got into the hands of the wrong person as I have been a victim of fraud.
