Consumer Complaint: The Department of Education and XXXX have violated my privacy rights per the Family and Educational Rights per the Family and Educational Privacy Act of 1974. When I received my school money, I signed a privacy Act form that said the Educational department would not provide transaction history to ANY third-party companies. They violated my rights by providing information to the three credit bureaus : XXXX, XXXX, and Expiration. Per 15 U.S. Code 6802 - Obligations with respect to disclosures of personal information.

Consumer Complaint: My information such as my social security number and address and other personal information was breached in XX/XX/year> twice by two different companies. I put a freeze on my credit report as soon as I was informed in writing. I now have to check my credit report every week because XXXX, Experian and XXXX, Bankruptcies and debt collectors are sharing my personal information to third parties without my authorization and or written consent. According to 15 U.S.C. 1681 b ( 2 ), this is illegal. I would like to have all negative items removed from my credit report immediately.

However, to date, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am seeking the intervention of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to address these violations. I believe the credit reporting agencies have violated the FCRA by reporting inaccurate information and failing to conduct a reasonable investigation. This has caused significant harm to my credit standing, affecting my ability to secure favorable terms on credit and loans. I kindly request that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that XXXX and Experian comply with the FCRA. I am also requesting that you provide me with updates on the progress of your investigation. Consumer Complaint: Hello, my name is XXXX. I received a phone call from a debt collector a few weeks about attempting to close an account for non payment. They were really rude and disgusting and threatening me. I informed them I had no clue what they were talking about, as I did not open any accounts with them. After this phone call. I found out that there are more accounts and that I am a victim of Identity theft. I couldn't believe that someone would do this to me. I contacted the company about these accounts and they have not deleted these items. I am asking that you please deleted these items off my credit report. I did not make the charges.
