I understand that this is illegal, as each customer complaint should be individually considered and handled appropriately. My letters are created using accessible software available to everyone. If you choose not to process my letters, you are violating 15 U.S. Code 5 1681i. It is against the law to delay processing based on the assumption of third-party assistance. This does not qualify as a legal exception. I am the sole author of letters bearing my name, or they are written by my advisors with my knowledge and consent. Failure to respond promptly will be seen as a willful disregard for my rights, and legal action will be taken.
