Consumer Complaint: Experian credit report states that there are two late payments. One for the month of XX/XX/2017 and another for the month of XX/XX/2017. Being that I never received any written notifications within 21 days before either of the payments were due ( nor did I receive any other notifications at all whatsoever ) continuing to report them is a direct violation of the 1637b clause of title 15 U.S.C. 1666b of the commerce and trade law.

Consumer Complaint: I noticed in XX/XX/2023 that I was unable to access my Experian account. After password reset attempts, I discovered that Experian had an incorrect phone number that they were using for 2nd level authentication. In XX/XX/2023, I opened a case with Experian. For three months, I did not hear from Experian except when I emailed them and finally discovered they had closed my case. I again opened a case in XXXX and in XXXX, with no resolution, opened a case with the XXXX XXXX XXXX. After multiple emails ( all with a promise to resolve the problem ) I finally received a call on XX/XX/2023, asking for screen prints ( of screens previously emailed to Experian twice before ). I sent the information during the call and attempted to follow up with the person I received a call from. I called their personal office phone number and left multiple messages on her voicemail, as well as multiple emails - but no response was received. I have received emails from the XXXX where Experian is saying they have resolved the issue. Each time, I respond that I have not been contacted and that the problem still exists. I have also notified Experian that I am concerned my data has been compromised because the 2nd level verification phone number is incorrect, and I keep having to reset my password. Experian assures me my information is safe ; however, over the last few days, I have received three letters from three different companies that they believe my information has been compromised. Experian is refusing to respond to my requests, continues to attempt to close the XXXX case, and is refusing to correct the phone number which is allowing someone else to get into my file. Experian is refusing to safeguard my data and refusing to correct the access issues.

Consumer Complaint: I have reviewed my consumer reports and I noticed that I have XXXX late payments on an account that I was never late for. The consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report report consumer information to the best of their ability with maximum accuracy. I have never been late on payments for the accounts that I have included screenshots inside this complaint in on dates of ( XXXX, XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX ). Please investigate and provide proof with statements showing that these payments were late. If proof cant be provided I demand these payments be updated to paid as agreed on time as they should be due to the fact I was never late. Thanks! Please see screenshots attached.

Consumer Complaint: It seems that they are still reporting the same accounts that have been successfully deleted from other consumer reporting agencies ' records. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX & XXXX I am aware that the credit reporting system is designed to ensure consistency and accuracy across all major credit bureaus. Therefore, if an account is removed from one consumer reporting agency, it is expected that the others will follow suit, especially when reporting to the same creditor or furnisher. I demand Experian and XXXX to promptly remove these items that have already been successfully deleted by other credit bureaus. Ensuring uniformity in reporting is essential to maintaining the integrity of credit information. Thank you.
