Consumer Complaint: My information was involved in the XXXX data breach and I ended up having unauthorized accounts and inquiries listed on my credit report. these accounts are invalid, inaccurate and incorrect. inaccurate credit reports directly impair the efficiency of the banking system and is hurting my reputation because these accounts and inquiries were not authorized by me. I need them removed immediately because this is hurting my chances at getting another mortgage. I included the letters that I sent out more than 30 days ago. I haven't heard from the credit bureaus yet and I know that have to respond within 30 days. this is unfair and I am being taken advantage of. I included my identifying documents with my letters and I need these disputed accounts removed immediately

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX is inaccurately reporting charge off every month which is really affecting my credit score. My rights have been violated due inaccuracy on my credit report. I am entitled to an accurate credit reports this creditor has violated my rights as a consumer. I would like this account deleted immediately. You cant report a charge off each month. The credit agencies has three different open account dates. It also shows different amounts across all three agencies. I disputed these accounts on XX/XX/. All three agencies refused to complete a through investigation. I am not able to qualify for a home due to these inaccuracies hurting my account. Consumer Complaint: 15USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) clearly states that transactions between the consumer and the Person/Corporation making the report is NOT included on the consumer reports. Yet Experian is reporting this information.. The reporting of excluded information pursuant to 15USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) on a consumer report is a clear violation of Metro2 compliance. Provide me with the Metro2 compliance disclosure on reporting transactions to a consumer reporting agency. I need the transactions reporting as late, collection/charge-off status and any other derogatory information deleted from my consumer reports effective immediately. Before you think to reply that this account has been " validated ', let 's be clear that I am not asking you to validate or verify anything. So please do not respond by telling me that as a tactic to waste my valuable time. Some of the negative accounts have been placed in Collection/Charge-Off Status WITHOUT mailing me a copy of IRS form 1099-C Cancellation of Debt. Experian and the creditors reporting collections/Charge-Offs, late payments/other derogatory information in my consumer reports are in violation of 26 USC ss 6050P Returns Relating to the Cancellation of Indebtedness By Certain Entities. If this derogatory account information is not deleted from my consumer reports within 30 days, I will be forced to officially file IRS form 3949A : Information Referral AND IRS form 211 : Application For Award For Original Information Overview with the Internal Revenue Service against ALL entities involved.

Consumer Complaint: Subject : Dispute of Unauthorized Account Reporting and Demand for Resolution Experian, XXXX, XXXX XXXX Relations, I am writing to dispute the unquestionable inclusion of unauthorized late payments on my consumer report related to a North Carolina XXXX XXXX Federal Credit Union account. This blatant violation is severely impacting my creditworthiness and constitutes a grave breach of privacy. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), a person is explicitly defined as any individual, partnership, corporation, trust, estate, cooperative, association, government or governmental subdivision or agency, or other entity ( 15 USC 1681a ). There is no room for interpretation here. Furthermore, 15 USC 1681a ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) of the FCRA unequivocally prohibits the reporting of transactions between the reporting entity and the consumer. This is not a potential violation ; it is an unmistakable breach that must be rectified. Even in the case of a permissible purpose, the consumer 's consent is mandatory, as dictated by 15 USC 1681a ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ). I emphatically assert that the late payments are unverifiable due to my explicit lack of consent and the clear violation of the aforementioned legal provision. This dispute is also grounded in the following North Carolina laws, which do not allow for ambiguity : XXXX. North Carolina Identity Theft Protection Act ( N.C. Gen. Stat. 75-60 et seq. ) : This law directly addresses identity theft concerns and is unequivocally relevant to the unauthorized reporting of information affecting my credit. XXXX. North Carolina Consumer Finance Act ( N.C. Gen. Stat. 53-171 et seq. ) : This statute, without question, regulates consumer lending and provides unambiguous protections regarding the reporting of inaccurate or unauthorized information. I am not presenting this as a potential issue, but as a clear violation of both federal and state laws. I demand, unequivocally, that Experian, XXXX, and XXXX rectify this situation within 30 days from the receipt of this complaint by updating the account to " paid as agreed '' with no late payments. Failure to comply within this timeframe will be perceived as willful noncompliance, and Experian, XXXX, and XXXX will undoubtedly be held civilly liable for such a blatant offense. These disputes are not speculative ; they are grounded in the following federal and state laws : XXXX. Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) : Specifically, the definition of a person under FCRA ( 15 USC 1681a ) and the unequivocal prohibition of reporting transactions without consumer consent, as outlined in 15 USC 1681a ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ). XXXX. 15 USC 1681s-2 : This section explicitly outlines the responsibilities of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies and mandates the accuracy of the information provided.
