I DID NOT OPEN ANY TRANSACTIONAL ACCOUNTS, LENDING ACCOUNTS, LOAN ACCOUNTS, OR CREDIT CARD ACCOUNTS IN MY LLIFETIME. MY INDENTITY WAS STOLEN, MY DRIVERS LICENSE, SOCIAL SECURITY CARD, AND MY XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, & XXXX XXXX XXXX ACCOUNTS ALL COMPROMISED AND IDENTITY THEFT RESULTED WITH XXXX & VPN ACCESS FROM MULTIPLE COUNTRIES. IN 2020, I FOUND OUT THAT AN INDIVIDUAL USING MY CRENDENTIALS FRAUDULANTLY AND WITHOUT PERMISSION ; OPENED ACCOUNTS AND THEN MISUSED THE ACCOUNTS, WHICH ULTIMATELY WAS REPORTED ON MY CREDIT BUREAUS. THE CREDIT BUREAU DEROGATORY MARKS IS HOW I FOUND OUT ABOUT THE FRAUDULANT ACCOUNTS, I IMMEDIATELY NOTIFIED LAW ENFORMECEMENT, FILED POLICE REPORTS, AND HIRED " CREDIT REPAIR '' COMPANIES TO DISPUTE THE FRAUDULANT ACCOUNTS AND DERAGATORY MARKS. Consumer Complaint: On going issue with all 3 credit reporting agencies I feel discriminated upon targeted to stay stagnated. I have reported and frozen and alerted my credit XXXX of fraud and experian even breached my information. I have a supposed credit monitoring added to help but nothing has helped or been done I have disputed my soft inquiries and hard and most remain I mean one company is reported on my soft inquiries at the least 25 times to keep my score down. I have already explained that after my no which is also reported wrong it states I claimed no because of business failure which is incorrect and they know this and still report it. An account which was prepaid and never late is being reported as negative and I have reported this for years and still there and disputed the inconsistencies of wrong amounts reported negative and still reporting. I want a federal investigation as to how I and am sure many others are being oppressed by these reports and misinformation I would like it removed and rescored immediate action taken I only keep receiving letters for me to verify my information when I have asked them to verify with each company to provide the proof given to them to be able to even run my credit when I know no identity information proof was given because I havent applied for anything

Consumer Complaint: 15USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) clearly states that transactions between the consumer and the Person/Corporation making the report is NOT included on the consumer reports. Yet Experian is reporting this information.. The reporting of excluded information pursuant to 15USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) on a consumer report is a clear violation of Metro2 compliance. Provide me with the Metro2 compliance disclosure on reporting transactions to a consumer reporting agency. I need the transactions reporting as late, collection/charge-off status and any other derogatory information deleted from my consumer reports effective immediately. Before you think to reply that this account has been " validated ', let 's be clear that I am not asking you to validate or verify anything. So please do not respond by telling me that as a tactic to waste my valuable time. Some of the negative accounts have been placed in Collection/Charge-Off Status WITHOUT mailing me a copy of IRS form 1099-C Cancellation of Debt. Experian and the creditors reporting collections/Charge-Offs, late payments/other derogatory information in my consumer reports are in violation of 26 USC ss 6050P Returns Relating to the Cancellation of Indebtedness By Certain Entities. If this derogatory account information is not deleted from my consumer reports within 30 days, I will be forced to officially file IRS form 3949A : Information Referral AND IRS form 211 : Application For Award For Original Information Overview with the Internal Revenue Service against ALL entities involved.
