Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX issue with investing my account on numerious occasions. It has taken me this long due to the fact to look everythhbg over because I was sick for the last three years with my mental health. I have put many disputes in and they are not getting corrected or maybe I am not doing them correct. I believe that my credit card account was over paid and also I told XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX that I had an authorized charge on my account as well which was never handled. I am going to give all the key events so it does not get confusing. 1. On XX/XX/XXXX my card was charged for XXXX for and unauthorized charge to XXXXXXXX XXXX for someones medical debit. I have health insurance. XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX was suppose to remove this I also disputed this many times. With the credit bureaus and XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX. Still not handled XXXX. In XXXX of XXXX my credit card balance was XXXX. My card was maxed out I could not charge anything on it. XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I paid XXXX dollars XXXX. XXXX/XXXX/XXXX I paid XXXX dollars XXXX. Since XX/XX/XXXX I enter an agreement with XXXX XXXX XXXX stating I would pay XXXX dollars a month and the reason was because it would help me show a good payment history on my credit report. That was the purpose of it. It was all said on a record line. I wanted to establish by outstanding payment history. XXXX. They had a charge write off for XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX my account closed in XXXX of XXXX. XXXX. I have been making monthly payments since XXXX only skipped XXXX. On my credit report it does not show that I am making on time payments. Anytime I try to apply for something it says I am not making on time payments. XXXX. Why would the account go to charge write off it I was making payemnts? XXXX. The amount is incorrect, if I paid XXXX in XXXX of XXXX and my balance was XXXX. That would bring it down to XXXX. XXXX. My account was closed it was XXXX of XXXX and I still have not got an answer on the dispute for the unauthorized charge. XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX I decide to enter an agreement were I pay XXXX a month starting in XXXX. XXXX. I spoke to many different supervisors on multiple occasions. * -They said this is a great opportunity for me to establish credit payment history on my credit report keep in mind this is not suppose to go to charge write off. * I notice in mXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX app it says I behind on my credit card payment. So I need to call to make a payment. * I notice recently that one of the employees set it up as a XXXX payment. As XXXX. So it comes out of my account from XXXX. *I spoke to a manger last week he said there is nothing he can do about my credit report he wouldnt even try to help me and I told him something is not write. If I enter an agreement before it went to charge write off. XXXX established incorrect charges before all this. This has caused so much issues that it keeps coming up if someone runs a credit check that I am not making on time payments and I am behind on XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. When really I went into an agreement with them. Its caused me so much of heartache if I knew that XXXX payment would not help I would have paid them off 3 years ago I have no problem paying off XXXX credit card. I can show you. I always make lump sum payments. Below are the following attachments 1. Unauthorized charge statement 2. Statement for a Payment I made in XXXX for XXXX the account was already closed 3. Statement for two separate payments one for XXXX and one for XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX XXXX. I did not include the statement for XXXX payments if you need them I can get them.

Consumer Complaint: Based on a letter I received from XXXX dated XXXX, my loan account was transferred to XXXX effective XXXX. I received a letter from XXXX dated XXXX welcoming me and informing me that they now controlled my loan effective XXXX. ( See XXXX Acct Letter, XXXX Welcome letter attached ) Based on views from all three credit reports, XXXX nor XXXX updated my credit report with this information. I reviewed and have filed XXXX disputes regarding incorrect information sent to XXXX, Experian and XXXX from XXXX. All three credit reports sent information stating that XXXX stated that my loan was in good standing, active and the loan balance of XXXX is still being reported as {$92.00}, XXXX Since XXXX no longer owned my loan effective XXXX, XXXX had no knowledge that I had received a letter from XXXX dated XXXX informing me that I had received from the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Driven Repayment ( IDR ) forgiveness and my loans were PAID IN FULL effective XXXX. ( See attachment IDR forgiveness letter indicating XXXX balance ) Each time I submitted a dispute with each credit bureau ( XXXX, XXXX, and Experian ), XXXX continued to report there was a balance. How could XXXX know if there was a balance if they transferred my loan? XXXX failed to update their records with the national credit bureaus indicating that XXXX was my current loan service provider. XXXX has also failed to provide the information to the three credit bureaus that they were the last loan service provider for my loans when I was given the IDR forgiveness on XXXX. To date, XXXX is not listed as a service provider on my credit report. This fraudulent reporting from XXXX has impacted Experian, XXXX, and XXXX from reporting my current credit utilization on my credit reports which also impacts my credit score. As of XX/XX/2024, Experian is still reporting that the Dept of Education loan balance is still active and has a balance of XXXX, XXXX. As of XX/XX/2024, XXXX is still reporting that the Dept of Education loan is still an active and open account with a balance of XXXX, XXXX according to XXXX. ( See attachments ) Please review the attached documents regarding my student loan accounts and assist me by updating your information on my credit report. This letter has also been sent to the FCRA and Fair Credit Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to assist me with my complaint. In closing, I do not have an active educational loan and my loan should reflect a XXXX balance and not a balance of {$92.00}, XXXX. Thank you for reading my email and your attention to this email.
